Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates, appraisal documents, and protective cushioning.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
